“
“Being part of this community has empowered me to grow, believe in myself, and turn my dreams into reality. Together, we support, inspire, and uplift each other to succeed.”
— EMILIANA MOLINA
“
We are here to grow together, support each other, share knowledge — or even something that could help anyone — and bring and bridge ideas.
— TRISHALA BASTI
“
Alma Rising´s focus on community aligns closely with what we’re building. What people often lack is a community that supports their ideas and work: a network of empathetic, encouraging people who help them keep going.
— YEN DANG
“
Believing more on Power of Manifestation: Being a part of international women circle, who not only ideate, but work on it consistently, grow gradually and lead together in bringing the Dreams to their own Companies, thus Real Service to the Customers and Communities!
— AMRITA GAUTAM
“
I joined Alma Ventures, I had a basic business idea but little understanding of how to start a business in Germany. As a foreigner, the bureaucracy, legal requirements, and unwritten rules felt overwhelming. This community changed that. The women here generously shared practical knowledge and guidance on navigating the system. The regular events also inspired me to develop my business idea further; in that uncertain idea stage, having people who listened, encouraged me, and believed in what I was building made all the difference. Being surrounded by such inspiring, determined founders reminded me that my dream was possible.
— EDEL LYTTLE

04 / MEET THE FOUNDER
Founded by a Dreamer, Built for Dreamers
Hi, I’m Haydee. I started Alma Rising because I knew how lonely the founder journey can feel and how powerful it becomes when you find your people. I am an entrepreneur, an EXIST Women fellow, and a firm believer that the right community changes everything. Alma Rising is the circle I wished I had before.
